Art pieces are fired in a kiln to maturity
where the clay reached its maximum non-porosity and the glaze formed a bond
with the
clay making them inherently stable. They are for decorative purposes. With care,
they can be used as most can hold water without leaking*. Do not apply any form
of heats (microwave, oven, or over a flame) to these art pieces. Hand clean
with water (washing liquid, if necessary) with nonabrasive brush or sponge.
Citrus-scented detergents, caustic liquids or abrasive cleansers are not
recommended. Store art pieces separately. When stacking, always with paper
towels or cloth between each piece. Although very strong, ceramic pieces are
breakable. Handle with care. *Check the note on individual art piece.
